Garden Pictures
I have a five pot container garden on my deck. Here are some pictures I took a couple of weeks ago.
That is a picture of me pulling out weeds. The long grass is mostly gone but the weeds are growing back very fast....
Wow Heera, your deck looks so inviting with those garden container pots. :-)
We had problems with LOTS of weeds in our grass a month and a half ago. We kept spraying a weed n' feed on it but no luck getting rid of them. Finally we got a new gardener and he told me that the best thing is to spread out a really high quality weed n' feed fertilizer on the grass. You then keep it nice and watered for a few weeks (cutting the grass every week). He then repeated the process about a month later. Now I'm happy to report that there are no more weeds and the grass is lush and healthy looking.
It's a lot better than when I'd go out and try to pull up the weeds just to have them come back the next week. The gardener said it's because the weed's seeds would drop on the grass as I pulled them out. Yikes!
Your pot containers look lovely. I too have done some pots just waiting for them to bloom now. Weeding is something I can't do now a days and I don't envy you either.

You look great btw! :-)
Thanks for the comment (about me!!) Tami. I will look for weed'n feed fertilizer next time I go to the garden store.
